Thanks, wacky body!

Aaaaah, what the heck? So yesterday, I ate in my calorie range, but the choices weren't so great - a cheeseburger (no bun), steak fries, etc - and what happens this morning when I weigh myself? I've lost three pounds overnight. Wha? Silly body. Let's see if those pounds stay off for a week. I'm still two pounds higher than I was at the end of November (or as I like to call it, before my friend's birthday when I started gaining weight for the holidays that still hasn't come off...)
