Not losing weight, feeling not-so-great

I hate plateaus. I really do. I've been bouncing around the same five pounds for the past two months and it's driving me batty. The holidays are over so there are no more excuses, right?

I was out of town for a conference earlier this week - walked an average of seven miles a day for three days while I was there, but ate crap and gained weight! Doh. I walked a lot today as well, so hopefully it will help the scale comes to its senses and show me a better number soon. ;)

Here's to more salads, more walking, and less weight.
