slow going

soooo... trying to stay positive, and overall the scale is still going down, so that's good.  But wow, it's slow!  And it does bounce up every now and then too.  According to I'm eating enough calories where I should be losing 2 pounds a week, but I'm not losing that much.  And obviously, that's very frustrating!  At some point, it's gotta start getting to that rate!  Please? ;)
