Weight-wise, I'm down a few pounds (six according to the scale, but 2.5 when you look at the "average weight" trend in physicsdiet.com - I had spiked on Jan 1). Made it to the gym every day in January, except for the 1st when they were closed (so I went on a really long walk instead). Would like to say that I'm feeling better, but... ;) Hopefully we'll see the weight loss trend continue.
