My lower calf muscles were killing me - so much for thinking those dance workouts were magic. ;)  The hike burned 525 calories according to my heart rate monitor - 2/3 of those calories on the way On day 13, I took a water fitness class instead, and then yesterday I went for a long walk.  Today, I hit up a combo Zumba/kickboxing class that was very fast-paced (my heart rate monitor was sky-high).  I'm loving the Zumba classes and such, but my 30-day trial membership is coming to a close. And it was only $99!  I didn't pre-order it though - I thought it was too good to be true.
